My Story
Growing up, my family moved frequently, which made it difficult to make friends. Diagnosed with severe ADHD at a young age, I faced early challenges with learning and emotional regulation, turning to writing as a way to process my experiences. An avid reader from childhood, I developed a deep appreciation for storytelling across genres. In adulthood, I endured significant personal loss, turning to drugs and alcohol, until I later found healing through sobriety, therapy, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and continued writing. Now, I write to spread hope. I share my stories, so others might feel less alone.
Our stories, our memories, our written words, will be the only thing left of us once we are gone. I prefer to tell my own story.
