It’s Ok

It’s ok to fall away from the people you once knew.

To carry love from afar while you do what you must do.

To dream up a life of wonderful things and hope for depth and endless glory; for them, for you, for everyone; all the while, on your blank page, writing your new story.

In fact, it’d be a sight to see, staying too long in mismatched places; an abandonment of self, so deep, trapped in one of your own mazes.

It’s ok to fall away from old versions of yourself; in fact, nature demands it, like the seasons and the swells.

The moral here, from me to you, you should grow.

You should frolic, you should mingle, you should group, you should single; you should live a life that makes you whole, find hidden gems on every stroll.

I thank the Universe everyday, for me, for you, for everyone, and the opportunity to stay.
