IT’S HARD

It’s hard to know you’re hurting, to watch you hide behind denial, to see you failing at survival, to want to help but to feel your guile. Your numbing tactics quit working, the ones around you feel the brunt, you walk on people like their broken, you spread your poison to everyone.I told you once and I will til the end, you aren’t the only one suffering, just creating separation where it was never meant to live. The lies you tell to stay important are small, fake, and inauthentic. Nobody stays because you hurt them, because to you, your pain is all that exists. So you feel alone, the cycle resets. You run to a new place, a victim again. You find others as broken as you and perpetuate their pain, all because you refuse to admit your role and rise against.
